Our dental team have been carefully selected by the Principal Dr Leire Casla-Henneke with an emphasis on having a passion to deliver the best dental care to all of our patients. They are always on hand to answer any questions regarding your dental care. Needless to say that all our team attend continuing education courses to maintain our high standards and to keep up to date with cutting edge dental innovations.

Leire brings over 20 years of dentistry experience to her patients. Her unwavering passion for her work is evident, and she finds true fulfilment in enhancing her patients’ oral health and confidence in their smiles.
Leire’s core mission at Pearl Dental has always been to deliver top-quality dental care in a calming environment. She actively listens to her patients, empowering them to choose the most suitable treatment options. Through this patient-centric approach, she ensures the delivery of safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing dental care, earning her an outstanding reputation in the local community. Leire takes immense pride in the fact that the majority of her patients are referrals from satisfied individuals.
With a special enthusiasm for minimally invasive general dentistry and tooth-friendly cosmetic procedures, Leire provides a unique experience that respects the natural state of one’s teeth.
Leire is often described as a “Dental Geek”. Having qualified in 2000, she has always integrated clinical practice with the advancement of academic knowledge and the development of new techniques. In addition to completing her MSc in Restorative Dental Practice with distinction at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute University College London (2014-2018), she was also awarded the GC (UK) prize for the best clinical case presentation. Furthermore, Leire has completed two Diplomas in Periodontics (gums) in 2004 and 2009 (Spain) and is an enthusiastic provider of Invisalign, having completed a year-long advanced course in 2022.
Ninthusha, our Practice Manager at Pearl Dental with four years of experience in the dental industry. Ninthusha oversees the smooth daily operations, ensuring top-notch efficiency and exceptional patient care. Her leadership style fosters a positive work environment, where teamwork thrives and administrative processes are streamlined to perfection. Committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance, Ninthusha ensures that our practice operates in accordance with industry regulations.
Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Ninthusha is dedicated to her own professional growth, staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in dentistry. Her goal is to contribute significantly to the success of Pearl Dental, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible experience during their visit.
Robert graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2007. By 2009, he began his career as a general practitioner, also working part-time as an Oral Surgery Staff Grade at North Devon District Hospital. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, he pursued an MSc in Dental Implantology at the University of Bristol that same year.
Robert is a key opinion leader for Meisinger Bone Management in the UK and runs the “Augmentation Academy” study club in South England. He is also a member of the International Bone Management® Network and recognized by Meisinger as a Bone Management® Competence Center.
Specialising in digital augmentation, Robert is the UK’s leading user of the Yxoss system for bone regeneration. He often speaks at prestigious events, sharing his insights on this innovative protocol.
At Pearl Dental, Robert is known for handling complex cases, receiving referrals for specialised treatments like dental implants, oral surgery, and wisdom teeth extractions. His meticulous approach and compassionate care consistently yield exceptional outcomes for his patients.
Farzana qualified with honours from Kings College London in 2010. She has worked in Oxfordshire, Kent and South East London gaining experience in NHS and private dentistry.
She completed a year-long PG Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry in 2016.
Farzana is particularly interested in preventative and minimally invasive dentistry, believing that prevention is always better than cure. She also has a keen interest in aesthetic dentistry and enjoys providing tooth coloured restorations such as composite fillings and porcelain crowns. She has experience in cosmetic orthodontics and provides short term cosmetic treatment using Cfast. She keeps up to date with the most current developments in dentistry and regularly attends courses and seminars.
Farzana has worked with charities carrying out much needed urgent dental care abroad. She went to Morocco with Dentaid in 2018 and 2023 and went to Bangladesh in 2019 with Selfless. She looks forward to returning again soon to do more charity work.
In her spare time, Farzana likes baking and has recently taken up archery.
Sagar graduated from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic in 2011. He has undertaken work in Lincolnshire and Suffolk, gaining experience in both private and NHS practices.
Sagar has a keen interest in adult short-term orthodontics and is an Invisalign Go provider. He has also undertaken extensive training in facial aesthetics with the prestigious Derma Medical.
Sagar believes in putting the patient first and conducting treatments that are in your best interest. He attends regular courses to continue his professional development which ultimately helps you receive the best care possible.

Vinorshan qualified from King’s College London School of Dentistry and has since worked in various dental practices across North & West London before relocating to South London He is a committed dentist who strives to provide the highest quality care to all of his patients. He has experience in a range of dental care with a particular interest in restorative dentistry. Vinorshan continuously explores new opportunities to learn new skills that will benefit his patients, and he is a qualified Invisalign provider.
Outside of dentistry, Vinorshan enjoys being creative and has a keen interest in photography and filmmaking. He has produced and directed various documentaries and short videos that have been screened internationally. He is positive and outgoing, enjoys socialising, and likes to stay active by playing basketball.
Hygiene/Therapist
Maria studied at the University of Sheffield, Charles Clifford Dental School, graduating in 2009 with a diploma in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy. Born in West Yorkshire, Maria relocated to London in 2014 to further her career within the dental profession. Maria recently completed a post-graduate restorative dental course, winning the 1st place prize for her portfolio of clinical restorative cases.
Maria has a dual dental qualification; as a dental hygienist, Maria provides planning, advice, guidance, and treatment to help you establish and maintain optimal oral hygiene. She has many years of clinical experience and will work with you to keep your gums healthy, help prevent gum disease, and promote fresh breath.
As a dental therapist, Maria will look after the health of your teeth with preventative and restorative techniques, and can help improve oral aesthetics using cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening and micro-abrasion.
Maria takes enjoyment from many social activities but has a particular interest in travel and music. She also enjoys developing her culinary skills and has recently started painting and sketching.
Mislan has been working with us since 2018. As a head nurse, she has shown dedication and great enthusiasm to her job and the Pearl Dental team. Her priority is to be sure that everything is ready to make you feel at ease and reassured during your time with us.
Mislan enjoys the diversity of patients we meet at Pearl Dental. She is a native Spanish speaker, originally from Ecuador, and can translate for our Spanish community in Streatham.
Trainee Dental Nurse Before Joining Pearl Dental as a trainee dental nurse, Maryam Yaseen attended Greenwich University, gaining a MSc in Global Heath Management.
Maryam is a dedicated trainee dental nurse currently working towards becoming a fully qualified dental professional. With a passion for patient care and a keen interest in dentistry, Maryam is committed to supporting both the dental team and patients throughout their treatment journey. Known for her compassionate approach, Maryam ensures that every patient feels comfortable and informed during their visits.
Claudia has been working at Pearl Dental since May 2022. Having worked within the Media/Creative industry as a receptionist for over 12 years, she really wanted a change of scene, to work within a completely different sector and to gain knowledge about something new.
It has been a great experience for Claudia so far, as learning about dentistry has been both interesting and informative. No two days have been the same and she’s been kept on her toes as the practice is extremely busy.
And the icing on the cake, she gets to meet the loveliest patients.
